Can Anyone Use CoolSavings?

Unfortunately, no. You must own an inkjet or laser printer to print
the coupons, and a pair of scissors to cut them out. More relevant to
our international readers, though, is the fact that CoolSavings offers
are only valid in the USA. But there's still hope if you live outside
the States. I did a little research at various country-specific Yahoo
sites and found that there are print-your-own coupon thingies all over
the place. Here's a sampling:
